I typically vote in favor of any rule that keeps the free agent pool well stocked (even if most of the majority of the late-round rookies will never be starters), because it's in the best long-term interest of the league. I would support an amendment to limit the rookie draft to 7 rounds.

 10 seems fine to me. I don't think I would vote for 7, and certainly would not vote for just 5.
