The complete 2018 draft order will be announced on April 1st. Under Rule 5, the first four picks in the rookie and free agent drafts are determined by a draft lottery.
The first lottery used will be the New York State Lotto drawing. https://nylottery.ny.gov/lotto We will be using the lottery drawing of Saturday, March 31st. The Bonus Ball will be ignored. Based on last season's results and the tie breaker process, the four teams eligible for the lottery picks and the numbers they have been assigned are: Bay City: 1-5-9-13-17-21-25-29-33-37-41-45-49-53 Kentucky: 2-6-10-14-18-22-26-30-34-38-42-46-50-54 Des Moines (f/k/a River City): 3-7-11-15-19-23-27-31-35-39-43-47-51-55 West Seattle: 4-8-12-16-20-24-28-32-36-40-44-48-52-56 (any lottery numbers draw above 56 are ignored) West Seattle won the tie breaker over Kutzown based on 2017 strength of schedule.
