- Proposed Change: 14.10 - The salary of a player with a multi-year contract of no more than four years will increase one million per every additional year, except players at the K and P positions whose salaries will increase $0.5 million per year.
14.11 - Players signed to contracts of 5 years or more will have yearly increases of $1.5 million per year, except players at the K and P positions whose salaries will increase $0.75 million per year.
- Explanation: I hate having to draft a new K and P every other year because I refused to pay them the $1.0million annual salary increase. And there is now way 95% of the K's and all of the P's are worthy of the same annual salary increase of players at every other position. Hence we all end of drafting K's and P's in the last few rounds of the Free Agent Draft.
