 Penn State would like to claim G Brent Qvale and release G Christian Westerman. We would also like to claim PR Dexter McCluster and drop DE Paul Kruger.

 Doing both will put Penn St. over the $88.0Mil In-Season salary cap by $0.100 mil. So the only transaction done is G Brent Qvale and release G Christian Westerman.
