Reviewing the post free agent draft rosters, I've found the following teams non-compliant. If you disagree, please email me. These teams will need to trade for players or sign up to two free agents and release a player during the pre-season free agent signing period in late August.
ALA - has 13 kick off returns. 15 is required.
EDI - has one QB. Two are required
KUT - has 38 punts. 40 is required
MOL - has 8 kick off returns. 15 is required
MOL - has no long snapper. One is required
SAL - has no long snapper. One is required.
