The voting page can be found at http://www.aaroncraneinstitute.com/football/krflvote.html
Voting is MANDATORY. ALL teams need to vote before 10pm Eastern on Friday April 21 or the team will be assessed a $1.0mil salary cap fine as per KRFL rules.
Discussion on each proposal can be found in the 2017 League Business Forum on the website.
