Rule Change Nominations Due By April 22
There are five proposed rule changes:
1) Reward for Volunteer Coaches
2) Increase Minimum Player Salary and Rookie Salary
3) Move In-Season Trade Deadline to Week #4
4) Decrease In-Season Salary Cap to $88 Million
5) Change Player Salary Increase for Contracts 500k of less
The proposals can be found in the 2016 League Business Forum on the league website. Each proposal requires at least three addition "nominations" (posts supporting it) by FRIDAY APRIL 22nd to make it to the final ballot for votes. Proposals that do not receive three addition nominations will not make the ballot and will be dropped,
The final voting will start on Monday, April 25 and all owners are required to vote on the final slate of proposals by the following Friday (April 29). Voting is done electronically via the league website. Same as in the past. Results of voting will be released May 1st.

April 18th to 22nd - Call for Nominations for Rule Proposals. A proposal needs three nominations to move to a vote
April 25th to 29th - MANDATORY voting on rule proposals (voting is done electronically)
April 27 - Deadline for confirming your roster on the league file and salary spreadsheet.
May 1st - Voting results published.
May 2nd to 6th - Roster Cut Down Week. Deadline is May 6th at 10pm Eastern
May 16th to 22nd - Second Trading Period
May 23rd to May 25th - KRFL Rookie Draft
June 1st to June 24th (approx) - KRFL Free Agent Draft
