4th Trading Period
Mon. 6/30 - Fri. 7/11
All trades during this time must involve an equal exchange of players so that each team stays at the 52 player roster requirement. Trades can involve any player on your roster including drafted rookies (who don't count against the 52 player requirement) and 2015 draft picks. The salary cap is now $93m. The waiver wire is closed until after the first week of the season with this exception: trades made during the third (pre-rookie draft) trading period that will now be applied. A very short window will be opened for those owners involved in such trades to drop excess players or pick up a player on the waiver wire if necessary. Added Free Agents cost $.500m per player. One of these days the League Office will review rosters for compliance. If you don't hear from us, you are good to go. An opportunity will be given to correct roster deficiencies before fines are imposed.
Enjoy the summer and we'll see everybody back in late August.
