- Proposed Change: every team that wins 5 or more games gets an additional rookie pick. That pick will be during a supplemental round that takes place after the 5th round and will maintain the current rookie draft order.
- Explanation: Every year, teams start trading away players during the season when they know they can't win it all, to get a better draft position. This rule gives a small bonus to every team that tries to win. Even if you are a terrible team who does not get to 5 wins, you are still in great shape with top picks in all the other rounds.
