This proposal did gather the required three supporters, so it will be put to a vote this season. Jeff - Please post or email me the final version of your proposal.
Each team will consist of a 55-man active roster and a rookie squad. (Up from 52 players). To accommodate the increase in roster size, the salary cap will increase from 93 million to 94 million.
Any mention of 52 man roster or 93 million cap will be changed in the rulebook. All other roster or salary cap requirements will stay the same (EX: positional roster requirements and the pre-draft salary cap of 83 million will stay the same).

----------------------------
The current salary cap is $83million off season, $88million in season. I believe you meant "the salary cap will increase from 83 (not 93) million to 84 (not 94) million.", correct? Please confirm.
Also, please confirm your proposal does not include active rosters for games being less than 55 players.
