The floor is now officially open for proposed league rule book changes. If you would like to submit a proposed KRFL Rule Book change, please create a NEW discussion thread under the 2021 League Business thread http://www.aaroncraneinstitute.com/football/e107_plugins/forum/forum_viewforum.php?43 for each proposal and use the following format:
- Impacted Rule: List the section number of the current Rule Book. If new, state “new".
- Proposed Change: List the specific language of the change you would like to make to a current rule. Highlight the differences from the current rule.
- Explanation: Explain why you feel this change/new rule is needed.
Proposals and comments can be made until April 3rd, though I reserve the right the shut it down earlier if we go days without any discussion. Then the following schedule will be adhered to: - A final proposal, if it does not already exist, will be requested from the originator (currently April 7th). - Every KRFL member will then be required to vote on each proposal before a stated deadline, currently 10pm Eastern on April 17. - Results of the votes will then be posted. The updated League Rule Book will be posted to the site shortly thereafter.
