DEADLINE: The Cut Down date deadline of Saturday, May 23, 2020 at 10pm EDT is a firm deadline. This Roster Cut Down date is a one-time irrevocable reporting of your decisions. The reason for this is to simplify and reduce the work of the League Office.
RULES: Teams must be under a pre-draft salary cap of $70m (INCLUDING fines) with a minimum of 22 players.
For 2021 ONLY, Veteran players may be cut without penalty if they played in 3 games or less (based on the number of games played as listed on the player's stats/rating page in the game). Otherwise a penalty of one half the salary owed over the player's full remaining contract salary will be applied. A one-time exception is given to new members (former members who return to KRFL are not eligible for this exception) and they will not incur the salary cap fine.
Players designated as Injured Reserve players apply to the salary cap but NOT to the 52 player roster requirement.

Upon Further Review, you were correct the first time with 24 players. Total fines and salary are $51.2 mil. I had a $0.100 mil player on your roster who you cut. My apologies.
