question: the original proposal does not list what type of 1st round pick.... are we talking rookie, free agent or both?

along with Salem above, I don't know if we really need the supplemental pick; but I do favor this proposal....

I would not support this as I agree that it could encourage tanking. Out of the leagues Im in , I feel this is the easiest league to turn things around in a hurry based on our rules(able to cut players after 1 year, able to cut players if durability is low, able to cut a player at half of remaining cost, etc... just my thoughts

I am opposed to this. The decisions made as a team general manager with regard to drafts and contracts needs to have consequences, good and bad. Allowing teams to dump players/salaries due to poor won-loss records when the game coach and team general manager are the same person is something I cannot support.

As the guy who came up with the initial crappy team rescue plan, I like the concept but (as I expressed elsewhere) feel that this might be too generous. Ratchet it back a couple notches and I might be able to support it.

I think the current rule has the same problem but I intended the rule to apply to both FA and rookie drafts.
