Ryan Tannehill is not draft eligible but can be tendered? That would be a big loophole in league rules that could automatically return him, or any similar uncarded player who sat out last season, to their original team at the minimum salary, if I'm processing this right.
I believe this answers my question: Tendering of players who do not appear on the Action PC NFL file and the draft pool of available players will NOT be allowed. It is the team's responsibility to verify the player is in the draft pool of available players before the tender is made.
