The complete 2017 draft order will be announced on April 2nd as per the league calendar. Under Rule 5, the first four picks in the rookie and free agent drafts are determined by a draft lottery. The New York State Lotto drawing is used. We will be using the lottery drawing of Saturday, April 1st.
Based on last season's results and the tie breaker process, the four teams eligible for the lottery picks and the numbers they have been assigned are: Warrington: 1-5-9-13-17-21-25-29-33-37-41-45-49-53 Seattle: 2-6-10-14-18-22-26-30-34-38-42-46-50-54 Tampa Bay: 3-7-11-15-19-23-27-31-35-39-43-47-51-55 Bensalem: 4-8-12-16-20-24-28-32-36-40-44-48-52-56 (57-59 are not used)
So the lottery only decided the top two picks. Warrington picks first, Bensalem second.
So the next drawing, April 5th, will determine the third and fourth picks between Seattle and Tampa Bay. Seattle will have numbers 1-29 Tampa Bay will have numbers 30-58 (59 is not used)

--------------------------------------------------------- Sorry, my mistake. That will not work. Seattle will have the ODD numbers 1-57 Tampa Bay will have the EVEN numbers 2-58. The numbers 0 and 59 will not be used.
Numbers were: 14-15-21-23-41-50 14 = EVEN = Tampa Bay. So Tampa Bay will pick 3rd and Seattle with pick 4th. The complete draft order is: 1 WAR 2 BEN 3 TAM 4 SEA 5 CLE 6 WSS 7 INV 8 RCC 9 BRI 10 SWF 11 BAR 12 KUT 13 LON 14 RGG 15 BAY 16 NY 17 KEN 18 VAN 19 LVR 20 BRX 21 PSU 22 ALA 23 SAL 24 ATL
