The warnings we've been getting for a couple of years about Hamachi going to an expensive pay to use model turn out to be a little exaggerated. It is still possible to use Hamachi even if you get a discontinued service notice from them.
First, remove the Hamachi software from your pc using the uninstall program feature of your version of windows. Make sure you delete all personal login/network info if prompted.
If you previously had a Hamachi account, after you installed it, you'll need to sign up for a new account. Use an email address, network ID, and password that are different from those you used before. Don't forget to record the new registration/password info.
If you previously did not have a Hamachi account, do not register the new version when asked. Click "cancel" or "register later" or whatever necessary to discontinue the registration process.
Make sure there are both public and private exceptions for 2015 APC Football in your Windows firewall. (Control Panel/Systems and Security/Firewall).
Free Hamachi\LogMeIn Networks Now Available For Online Play!
We are pleased to announce the availability of a free public Hamachi\LogMeIn online game network available for use with all DKS games.
The DKS Open Lobby network may be used for league or casual games for any sport in the DKS library. In addition, we are also offering FREE league specific lobby's for leagues wishing to operate with their own private network. Several league lobby's are already operating successfully. League members only need the basic client installed and will have access to all league members (up to 256). If you are the commissioner of an Action! league and would like a private lobby please let us know.
Users will need the Hamachi\LogMeIn client installed on their computer to use the networks. This is a free download: https://www.vpn.net/ The free Hamachi client allows users to connect with up to 5 others users. However, each DKS lobby\network counts as just one user!
To log on to the network:

Additional general public networks will be opened as needed.
DK Sports has created a Hamachi "League Lobby" for KRFL. To log on, use the following in Hamachi:
